o The estimated delivery time will be between 5-10 working days, depending on the delivery address. The price will be calculated regarding the country of destination.

Duties & Taxes

o International orders may require additional duties and taxes, these charges differ by country and state. These fees are not included in your order and must be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. 

NB: Once the order is shipped, Ova Bazar is NOT responsible of any inconvenience caused by the shipping courier such as delays, damages or loss of parcels.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return your unworn items with the original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. (Only applicable for clothing). If received in brand new condition you will be refunded the value of the order minus any shipping costs. Any return will be at your own expense.
